Yay or Nay? Yay!
Aside from exercise and eating healthier, I guess portion control is another way to slim down. Let’s face it. Not all of us can live the ideal lifestyle of going to a gym or going for an exercise on a daily basis. They say one should burn twice the calories he/she takes in. But if one can’t burn it (like me, thanks to my office work lifestyle), maybe one can just reduce on the intake. That’s where appetite suppressants come in.
If the office parties and free food just keeps on coming and it’s hard time to say “no” (because let’s face it, free J.CO donuts or Starbucks treats are great perks), intake of appetite suppressants can be helpful.
Chinese appetite suppressant pills are effective and affordable but it’s hard to 100% trust them. I switched to something yummier, healthier and still effective. Yogi Green Tea Blueberry Slim Life have a great blueberry aroma and taste which makes it very enjoyable to drink. It’s green tea and we all know green tea is helpful in slimming down and in detoxification. Yogi Blueberry Slim Life does what it promises; it helps curb appetite. The appetite suppressant power it has is minimal compared to Chinese pills. I drink this tea any time of day except prior going to sleep.
The packaging is nice and the quotes attached to every tea bag add a cute touch to it. One box contains 16 individually wrapped teabags. It can be purchased via Amazon or our local Healthy Options stores (around Php 290 I think, almost same as the yummy Twining’s Green Tea & Lemon which can be bought in supermarkets). I haven’t tried any other Yogi tea aside from this but once I do, I’ll create a review if it works wonders like this Blueberry Slim Life one.
Since this is an appetite suppressant, you may want to complement it with a fat burning supplement like L-Carnitine: https://unpaidreview.com/2016/07/20/slimming-products-puritans-pride-acetyl-l-carnitine-250mg-review/
Like what my URL dictates, this is an unpaid review. It was reviewed out of either whim or rant/rave.
